1. Bank Transfer (Preferred for Selected Orders)

Bank transfer is our most secure and cost-effective payment method.
Customers who choose bank transfer may receive bonus gift cards or store credits on eligible orders.

Important Notes

  • Bonus gift cards are offered only on eligible products or orders at CoinGems’ discretion
  • High-value items (gold coins, bullion, and certain new releases) may not receive bonus gift cards
  • Bank transfers must be cleared before dispatch
  • Please contact us if you prefer to use bank transfer and want to check eligibility

How to Request a Bonus Gift Card

After your bank transfer is confirmed:

  • Contact us via phone or email
  • Provide your order number
  • Our team will confirm eligibility
  • Eligible customers receive a digital gift card via email

2. Credit Card / Debit Card

We accept all major cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Notes

  • Safe & secure checkout via Shopify Payments
  • Instant confirmation
  • Standard transaction fees absorbed by CoinGems
  • No gift card incentives available for card payments.
  • Customer may request Identity Proof and Card Screenshots (last 4 digit) based on the spending limit.

3. Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Afterpay is now available across eligible items.

Benefits

  • Split your purchase into 4 interest-free instalments
  • No credit check
  • Ideal for moderate-value items under $2,000

Notes

  • Some high-value coins or limited new releases may not support Afterpay
  • Afterpay limits apply to all merchants (set by Afterpay)

4. PayPal

PayPal is available for customers who prefer an extra layer of buyer protection.

Notes

  • PayPal fees are absorbed by CoinGems
  • Due to high fees, PayPal orders are not eligible for bonus gift cards
  • Select high-value items may disable PayPal at checkout (for security reasons)

5. CoinGems Gift Cards / Store Credits

You can pay using a CoinGems digital gift card or store credit.

Gift Card Information

  • Works like store credit at checkout
  • Can be used multiple times until balance is $0
  • Can be combined with credit card, Afterpay, or Apple/Google Pay
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Closed-loop (usable only at CoinGems.com / CoinGems.com.au)

How to Earn a Gift Card

  • Eligible bank transfer orders
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Special events (e.g., Black Friday)
  • Manual issuance in lieu of a refund (when accepted by customer)

6. Direct Deposit via OSKO

We accept instant OSKO transfers (faster than standard bank transfer).

Bank Details

(You may add them here or leave out and send on invoice)

7. Offline Payments for High-Value Orders

For rare items, limited releases, or orders above $3,000, we may require:

  • Bank transfer
  • ID verification (for fraud prevention)
  • Manual confirmation before dispatch
