Beginning with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the series inspired generations of readers worldwide through themes of courage, friendship, and self-discovery.
To commemorate 25 years since the publication of the first book, The Royal Mint released an official collection celebrating key characters and symbols from the Wizarding World.

The reverse features an original illustration of Harry Potter created by renowned artist Jim Kay, who produced the first fully illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
The coin forms the first release in a four-coin collection that also features:
